Fuimaono Karl Pulotu-Endemann is a Samoan-born, New Zealand-based academic, medical professional and fa'afafine. He is called by ''Te Ara'', the encyclopedia of New Zealand, "one of New Zealand's best-known and most honoured fa'afafine".
